Our story

IB Masters was founded by Dr. Natalia Roman, an IB graduate herself, while she was still a medical student. Today, she is a qualified doctor in the UK and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Global Health Management at Imperial College London. Driven by her passion for education, Natalia created IB Masters to provide students with the kind of personalised, high-quality academic support she wished she had when she was a teenager.

As the company grew, Nikki Caranzo joined as Creative Lead, bringing together her background in Fine Art from the University of the Arts London, alongside several years of experience in account management, project management and brand strategy. Working closely with Natalia, Nikki has led the development of the IBMasters brand, digital presence and creative direction, helping shape the company into the trusted global education platform it is today.

Over the past five years, IB Masters has supported hundreds of students worldwide and delivered thousands of hours of expert tuition. Our students have gone on to achieve outstanding academic results, secure places at leading universities, and grow in confidence both inside and outside the classroom.

At IB Masters, we offer expert online tutoring for GCSE, MYP and IBDP students, alongside specialist mentoring for university admissions. From subject-specific support to Internal Assessments, Extended Essays and personal statements, we provide tailored guidance designed around each student’s individual goals and academic journey.
