Our University Mentoring Process
Whether you’re full of ideas or unsure where to begin, we tailor our support to meet you where you are. Some students join our full mentoring programme; others need help with just one part, like writing a personal statement or preparing for interviews. Either way, we’re here to help.
We recommend starting early, ideally in MYP5 (Year 11/Grade 10), about two years before applying. This allows time to shape your academic path, build a strong profile, and apply with confidence.

We begin with a relaxed 1:1 meeting to get to know the student—academic strengths, interests, personality, early career ideas (if any), preferred study destinations (UK/US/EU), and any uncertainties. From this conversation, we start shaping a direction based on who you are and who you want to be.

Students complete a tailored assessment that highlights strengths, learning styles, and personality traits, alongside degree and career areas that align with their profile. We combine these insights with coaching to recommend courses that are a genuine fit.

With a clearer picture, we identify suitable degree programmes and target universities across preferred countries. You receive a personalised brochure with ~10 recommendations split into Aspirational, Realistic, and Safe options, plus entry requirements, timelines, and strategic advice on where/how to apply. We can also connect you with current students or alumni for first-hand insights

We ensure your IB or A-Level subjects support your goals, advising on optimal combinations and how universities view HL/SL choices. If you’re considering a change of direction, we map a path that keeps options open while strengthening your academic profile.
